A belated thank-you to the anonymous people who sent me roses and chocolate at Valentine's. I'm awful about reading my e-mail, but the rose was still quite fresh and the gremlins who race about the internet delivering e-mail and virtual gifts didn't eat all my chocolate, so I was quite happy!

At lunch, I found myself in the midst of co-workers discussing visits to the gynecologist. Later, I had the pleasure of listening to some guy's description - shouted into his cell phone - of his prostate exam. Some things just don't need to be shared with the whole world.

It's such a good feeling when a story finally comes together - this one had been languishing on my hard drive since June. It needs another good edit, but it's more or less finished, aside from one line that refuses to play nice.

My JuC day fic is finished. I've had a bout of sinusitis the past couple of weeks and it's been hard to gather my thoughts together to do any serious writing, and it doesn't help that Chris and JC are being stubborn about my TrickC fic.
